How it works

Buying crypto (EcoCash → Crypto)

1. Start an orderChoose your asset, network and how much you want to spend on the Buy page.
2. Give us your wallet addressThis is where your crypto will be sent — double-check it.
3. Pay via EcoCashSend the exact EcoCash amount shown, then paste your EcoCash confirmation SMS text or reference on the tracking page. Once payment is confirmed you will receive your crypto at the wallet address you provided.
4. We verify and sendOnce your payment is confirmed, your crypto is sent to your wallet and your order is marked complete.

Selling crypto (Crypto → EcoCash)

1. Start an orderChoose your asset, network and how much you're selling on the Sell page.
2. Give us your EcoCash numberThis is where your payment will be sent.
3. Send the cryptoSend the exact crypto amount shown to the address provided, then submit your transaction hash on the tracking page. Once we confirm the transaction on-chain, EcoCash payment is sent to the number you provided.
4. We verify and payOnce your transaction is confirmed on-chain, EcoCash payment is sent to your number and your order is marked complete.

Good to know

• Orders expire after a set time if payment isn't received — you can always start a new one.
• Always double-check wallet addresses and network selection. Transactions on the blockchain can't be reversed.
• Keep your order reference code (e.g. PA-7K3F9X2Q) safe — it's the only way to track your order.
• Rates are shown live on every page and locked in at the moment you create your order.
